At Yūgen, every piece in our collection is carefully authenticated, inspected, and described to the highest standard before it reaches our floor. Because each item is one-of-a-kind and pre-owned, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.

Before purchasing, we encourage you to examine pieces in person, ask our team any questions, and take the time you need to feel confident in your decision. Our staff are happy to provide additional measurements, condition details, or styling guidance.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the item has been sold as described.
